SoCal Financial Group was formed in late 1994 by its founders, Lee Hoff and Ron Smith. We originated and funded Conventional, FHA and VA loans throughout the state of California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Texas. Recently, SoCal Financial has expanded it's services into offering home owners Loan Modification assistance. We provide forensic loan audits for our clients, and then have our affiliate Law Firm negotiate your loan modification. Our loan audits reveal "lender violations" that our attorneys use for negotiating the best possible loan modification.
